Battle of Brussels: EU wants cash as push to halt handouts splits states

While European countries are fighting to slash their budgets, the European Union itself, is after more cash. That’s wrangling larger states, which resent paying for the problems of smaller nations. They’re pushing for strict new penalties, including the loss of voting rights, for countries which break budget rules. Peter Schiff: ‘US No.1 offender to blame for global imbalances’
